While we aim to provide accurate and organised leaflet distribution, delivery schedules may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, access limitations or operational requirements.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that distribution campaigns are carried out as agreed, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
All services must be paid according to the agreed quotation or invoice terms.
In most cases, payment may be required in advance before printing or distribution services begin. Any additional services requested by the client may result in additional charges.
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
If a client wishes to cancel a service after confirmation, they must notify us as soon as possible.
If design or printing work has already begun, certain costs may still apply. Distribution campaigns that have already started cannot be cancelled.
Print Media Distribution LTD will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services.
While we take great care in handling marketing materials and delivering services professionally, we cannot guarantee specific business results from any marketing campaign.
All design work created by Print Media Distribution LTD remains the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use any images, logos or content they provide for design or printing purposes.
